Christian Education is important to the spiritual growth of each Christian. First Presbyterian is committed to helping its members and guests be life-long learners and pilgrims on the way of faith. There is Sunday school for all ages available September through May on the Sundays without Brunches.

Children's Sunday School
We are using Group's "Hands on Sunday School Curriculum." There are three age groups that have classes. We have a preschool group, a Kindergarden through 3rd grade group, and a 4th grade through 6th grade group. We also have a 7th through 10th grade group which will be meeting in the youth room with Pastor Katie on Sunday evenings at 5:30 p.m. . The preschool class is in the nursery, the lower elementary is in CE 2, the Youth are in CE 1 and the upper elementary group is meeting upstairs next to the youth lounge.

Adult Sunday School
Our adults gather at 11:00 am on Sunday morning following fellowship time, in the library. This contemporary issues class chooses various books and themes and is self taught. They continue to meet through the summer.

Youth Sunday School
Currently our College youth are meeting for lunch with the pastors each Sunday. This class is made up of college and young adults.
